Pearl CEO, Martin Kruczinna, is on the Construction Week Middle East’s Power 150 list!
We are proud to announce that our CEO, Martin Kruczinna, has been recognised in the Construction Week Middle East Power 150 list of the region’s most influential subcontractors and construction leaders.
Since his appointment in 2021, Martin has led Pearl through a period of significant global growth. The company has expanded its production footprint, established thriving operations in Southeast Asia and Europe and strengthened its position as the world’s leading supplier of PU systems for metal panel manufacturers.
Martin’s focus on sustainability and innovation has shaped Pearl’s identity as a forward-thinking industry leader. The company is one of the few PU system houses with ISCC certification and has enabled customers to save more than 20 billion kilograms of CO₂ through its insulation solutions.
Under Martin’s leadership, Pearl has grown its workforce by 55 percent since January 2024, increased female representation eightfold and created a truly international team representing 20 nationalities.
