Metal sandwich panels are metal skins with a rigid foam core made of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR). Both materials are lightweight, robust and provide a higher insulation value than other insulation materials.
The applications are seemingly limitless.
Our PU-systems can be customised to a wide range of construction industry uses. They can be used in residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and utility buildings, and are suitable for entrance and sectional garage doors.
Improve building insulation
These panels are thin, which makes them one of the most cost-effective methods of insulating buildings. The thickness of the panel regulates its insulation value, while the application of PUR or PIR determines the fire resistance.
Fire safety standards and other legal and regulatory requirements increasingly demand a reduction in energy consumption and improvements in the thermal insulation of buildings. Pearl remains abreast of these requirements to ensure compliance requirements are met.
